If it’s just for a general check-up and clean, we recommend brushing and flossing your teeth at least an hour before your appointment. Avoid eating anything after you’ve cleaned your teeth and write down any questions or concerns you may have.

This typically involves a visual inspection, and we’ll use various dental instruments, including a microscope, to have a closer look. Usually, you’ll also need an Xray to have a more thorough look beyond what the eye can see.
