Terms and Conditions for New Patient Offers:

1. Offer applies only to new patients to the practice
2. Cannot be used in combination with any other offer
3. Offer includes:

• 30 minute comprehensive exam
• Scale and clean
• Up to 4 X-rays
• Your dentist may recommend further treatment which may not be included. It will be up to you whether to get additional treatment.
• Offer valid until 31 January 2024

Family offer includes 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 8. Please contact our team to discuss offers including older children

Terms and Conditions for Payment Plans

• Pricing and fees are subject to change at any time, without any given notice. Prices as of April 2024.
• 20% Deposit required for payment plans.
• Payment Plans advertised are estimated over a 2 year period with weekly payments.
