How long do All-on-4® dental implants last?
With good oral hygiene, regular professional maintenance and ongoing reviews, dental implants can last for decades. Your final prosthesis may require maintenance or replacement over time depending on normal wear.
Is the procedure painful?
Your surgery is performed under appropriate anaesthesia or sedation for your comfort. Most patients describe the recovery as more manageable than expected, with any discomfort controlled using prescribed medication.
Will I receive teeth on the same day?
Many patients receive a provisional fixed bridge within 24 hours of surgery, allowing them to leave with a functional smile while healing takes place. You will receive final teeth approximately 3 to 6 months after surgery.
How many implants are used?
